Step in the Right Direction for Marijuana Legalization
Marijuana is illegal under federal law in the United States of America. Even though most states have legalized the drug for medical and/or recreational use, it continues to figure on the Schedule I (on par with heroin and LSD that are termed as ‘with no medical use’)of the Controlled Substances Act. Meanwhile, CBD products which contain less than 0.3% THC are considered federally legal while other Delta 8, 9 10 products, like say, Delta 8 carts 10 pack continue to be in a gray area. Therefore, anyone found using or even in possession of marijuana can be arrested, prosecuted and convicted by law.
