What Do We Know and What We Don't About Cannabidiol?
 
  CBD or cannabidiol   is the most active ingredient in cannabis or medical marijuana and is  directly extracted from hemp plants which is a close relative of  marijuana. CBD does not make one high and is approved by the World  Health Organization that absolves CBD of causing any abuse or addiction  in humans. Is CBD is Legalized? In  most parts of the United States CBD is easily available. The legal  status of CBD is still not fully verified. Varying degrees of  restrictions are imposed on CBD according to the states. The Federal  Government is still conservative on its approach to CBD and classifies  it in the same bracket as marijuana.  Though in 2015 researchers were  allowed to use CBD for trials many have access to CBD without a proper  cannabis license.
